First Day of Issue Cover for artistamp "Sisters."

To symbolize the importance of children today with regard to the hobby of collecting stamps; and because many philatelists themselves were introduced to the hobby by participating in the operation of a local post at a young age. The Olathe Poste re-issued this stamp to coincide with the 2008 observance of World Local Post Day.
