In some parts of the world,
Local Post really means remote delivery... The Island of Rona, just like it's
neighbor, Pabay, in the United Kingdom, mail delivery also occurs by boat. The carriage
label (shown at left) are used as supplimental postage (postcard rate) for mail delivery
to/from the Royal Post on a larger neighboring sland, the Isle of Skye.
